We are HIRING a SPA/SALON CONCIERGE

Job Title: Spa/Salon Concierge

Rate of Pay: $11/hour + benefits

Minimum Hours: 8/week
Maximum Hours: 32/week
Afternoon/Evening shift (2pm-7/8pm)
SATURDAYS REQUIRED (8am-5pm)

It is very important that our customers receive a CONSISTENT, QUALITY EXPERIENCE every time they call or arrive. Clients are your number one focus! Communication and professionalism go hand in hand and having effective and professional communication skills with the client only proves our level of professionalism.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CONCIERGE TEAM
At eDen our front desk staff work for the service providing Family Members. It is your job to ensure their well-being. Our concierge staff provides the first impression our clientele will receive when they come home to eDen. The first step to providing wonderful assistance to our technicians is to offer more than excellent service to our clients. It is very important that your energy is put into greeting or speaking with clients (on the phone or in person), making sure the front rooms are neat and tidy, providing assistance with retail choices or appointment selections, and guaranteeing our guests leave after experiencing a positive experience.

Your job duties entail, but are not limited to:
1. Establishing client comfort. 2. Answering 2 line phone system 3. Scheduling appointments in a manner that allows our schedule to move smoothly 4. Educating yourself on product and being able to compile an order when necessary 5. Confirming appointments (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT) 6. Pulling returning client paperwork and assembling new client paperwork for the day. 7. Running accurate daily reports 8. Making clients aware of specials or promotions on services or product 9. Laundry and dishes 10. Overall cleanliness of the salon/spa 11. Any prep/cleaning duties needed by service providers to ensure client appointments run on time.

Dress Code: Eden Health Spa & Salon requests that its Family Members dress trendy and fashionable. It is important that Family Members dress appropriately at all times. We believe that dress attire is the expression of eDen. Please use good judgment when selecting what to wear to work, avoiding clothes that are wrinkled, revealing, excessively baggy, too tight, ripped, torn, frayed, or otherwise considered unmanaged. You should look trendy, stylish, and professional. Eden Health Spa & Salon reserves the right to send Family Members home to change their clothes if an outfit is deemed inappropriate by any member of the management team. If you select clothing that will compliment your position and not distract from it, you will always be dressed for success. Your outfit should predominately be black, grey, and/or white. Hair and makeup (if applicable) should be fixed and representative of a high-end salon/spa. Some articles of clothing be avoided: Shorts (Front Desk and Salon), Immodest/see through material, Low-cut blouses or skirts that are excessively short or with high slits, Undergarments and tank tops that are not fully covered, Bare feet, Flip-flops or open toed sandals/shoes are strictly prohibited as it is a safety hazard.
